So I messaged the [****] email and a guy called Chris got back to me immediately. Was shocked that the defective device was sent and assured me he would take it up with the manufacturer and send me out a replacement. This arrived the following day. The device is excellent. I am very pleased with it and also the response from Chris. So I am updating my review with a 5 star as it is a great device and it seems it was a manufacturer fault rather than Vape Savage.
