Was shocked that the defective device was sent and assured me he would take it up with the manufacturer and send me out a replacement. This arrived the following day. The device is excellent. I am very pleased with it and also the response from Chris. So I am updating my review with a 5 star as it is a great device and it seems it was a manufacturer fault rather than Vape Savage.
